- We welcome foreign orders.
- Call TOLL FREE 1-888-523-9348 nationwide. Outside of the United States, call 410-363-8776. Please have item descriptions and credit card information ready. Order on our Secure Online Order Form. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express. You can fax your order 24 hours a day to 410-356-9590. You can send check or money order or cashiers check. You can wire the funds to our bank. Call for banking information and addresses. You can email your order to (export@jccarpet.com).
- Our regular business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through
- Friday, EASTERN STANDARD TIME. If you are calling after hours, please
- leave your order or message on our 24 hour message system. If you need to
- place an order and do not speak english. Email your phone number and tell
- us what time to call you and what language you speak and we will have
- someone from our company who speaks your language call you to take your
- order. This is for orders only. The information below will still need to be provided.
- When ordering by E-Mail or Fax, please include the following:
- Complete shipping address(no abbreviations).
- Home and Work telephone number.
- Model numbers and type of products
- Quantity/ order #/ description/ price of products ordered.
- Credit card number, expiration date, billing address/telephone # (for credit card verification).
- We will E-Mail or Fax you back with a confirmation and a total, including shipping/handling.
- C.O.D. is not available on foreign orders.
- Foreign credit cards take 3 days to verify.
- All orders are shipped using UPS (United Parcel Service).
- U.S. Airmail may be used, but at your own risk. We have no method of tracking U.S. Airmail
- shipments, they can not be insured, and there is no guarantee of when it will arrive.
- The U.S. Post Office claims a normal delivery time of 1-6 weeks plus customs time.
- DHL shipping is not available.
- Volume discounts are available on orders over $6000 (U.S. dollars).
- On volume orders, we recommend that you contact a freight forwarder to find the most cost efficient manner of shipping.
- Do not ask us to forge paper work, under-state value, or ship invoices separately. We will not
- engage in illegal or unethical practices.
- We have been in business 18 years and we ship thousands of dollars worth of merchandise every year.
- Container load orders welcome.
