Order on our Secure Online Order form. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express. You can fax your order 24 hours a day to 410-356-9590. You can send check or money order or cashiers check. You can wire the funds to our bank. Call for banking information and addresses. You can email your order. Our regular business hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, EASTERN STANDARD TIME. If you are calling after hours, please leave your order or message on our 24 hour message system.

PRICING: At J. C. Carpet & Service Products we are able to offer you the best possible prices on equipment sales due to our cost effective business practices. In order to maintain our rock bottom prices please abide by our policy descriptions.

PAYMENT METHODS: We accept American Express, Discover (Novus), MasterCard and Visa. Please have your card number ready when ordering. You may also choose to send a bank cashier's check or money order. When we receive your payment we will process and ship your order.

SHIPPING & HANDLING: Shipments are made via UPS unless specifically instructed otherwise. Federal Express or UPS Next Day Air will be considered on an individual, case by case basis.

RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS:

NON-DEFECTIVE ITEMS: All non-stocking, special order item(s) are considered a FINAL SALE with payment due. NO CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, REFUNDS on non-stocking, special order item(s): steam machines, floor machines, pressure washers and ALL items ordered from the manufacturer. ALL SALES FINAL. Returned in stock items subject to 50% handling charge upon our written authorization. NOTE BELOW:

All orders over $250.00 USD require this policy to be read and signed by the purchaser/buyer and returned to J. C. Carpet & Service Products before the order is placed. In the event J. C. Carpet & Service Products does not receive the signed policy prior to placement of order, the said purchaser/buyer still agrees to the terms as set forth in this policy.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS: ALL item(s) defective or requiring warranty repairs fall under manufacturers' warranty provisions. (NOTE: For warranties to be in effect from manufacturers, it is mandatory for you to return warranty cards to the respective manufacturer within 10 days of receipt of merchandise) NO RETURNS ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL. Contact J. C. Carpet & Service Products for return authorization procedures. A replacement item may be sent to you following receipt of defective goods. To expedite the process, you may charge the cost of replacement goods and be issued a credit upon receipt of defective goods.

DAMAGE IN SHIPMENT/LOSS: DO NOT return merchandise damaged in shipment to J. C. Carpet & Service Products. All claims for loss or damage should be filed IMMEDIATELY with the transportation company making the delivery. Please hold onto the original carton as this is often necessary in order to settle claims.

WARRANTY: Only such warranties as are made by the manufacturer of the goods are available to the buyer. Seller makes no warranty of any kind whatever, express or implied. Seller shall not be liable for any consequential damages, loss or expense arising from the use of or the inability to use the goods for any purpose whatsoever.

MATERIAL SAFETY DATA SHEETS: MSDS's are available upon request with chemical orders. It is sometimes required by law that you read them and make them available to your employees. Please use all chemicals in accordance with the instructions on each label. All chemicals must be handled, stored, used and disposed of in accordance with local, state and federal regulation.

FINAL NOTE: We try to guarantee our prices, however, due to unexpected increases by suppliers, prices published on our WWW site, in publication advertisements or in our catalog are subject to change without notice. Your invoice will reflect the prices at time of shipment.
