| Price List for Services Color Repair Services ·Spot Dyeing - Minimum $75-85; price varies depending on size of spot ·Color Restoration- Additional price per room $20-30 ·Carpet Dyeing - $1.00 square foot; may be less depending on color change (prefer to stay in same color family) Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning Services ·Carpet Cleaning (includes prespray, deodorize if necessary, steam extraction; move furniture within reason console/big screen TV; sectionals, china closets not moved; customer removes breakables) ·Living Room - $.20 square foot ·Dining Room - $.20 square foot ·Family Room - $.20 square foot ·Bedroom - $.20 square foot ·Hall - $.20 square foot ·Steps - $2.00 per step ·Upholstery Cleaning - only if customer agrees to sign waiver releasing us from damages ·Oriental Rugs - $1.00 square foot (15 mile radius; >15 mile radius-$25.00 pick-up and delivery charge ·Spot and Stain Removal - Minimum $65.00; cost varies depending upon nature, number and size of spots ·Carpet and Upholstery Protection - $.10 square foot Deodorizing Services ·Sanitizing and Deodorizing - $10.00 per room ·Odor Control - Minimum $65.00; cost varies depending upon size, type of odor Carpet Repairs ·Repair Carpet Seams (Reseaming) - Need extra carpet to repair; $65-85 up to 2 feet; price varies depending on age and type of carpet (i.e. residential, commercial, glued down, over padding) ·Restretch Carpet - Minimum $65.00 for 1 small room; average price for living room/dining room $125-150 depending on size, age of carpet and time span of wrinkle ·Replace Padding and Reinstall Carpet - $5-7 per yard depending upon occupancy of room (empty or occupied) and type of padding used ·Repair Worn and Damaged Areas - $85-100 ·Replace Tack Strip or Metals or Vinyls - Minimum $65.00 ·Service Calls, Carpet Inspection - includes written report if requested; $65-150 depending on nature of call Deflooding Services ·Remove Excess Water - Immediate emergency service $300 minimum; price varies upon amount of flooding ·Remove and Dispose of Padding - Minimum $100 per room ·Dry Carpet - $25 per day for each fan used on the job ·Clean and Deodorize/Sanitize Carpet - See cleaning prices ·Reinstall Carpet and New Padding - $65-100 per room plus $3.00 per yard for padding Carpet Installation ·Minimum $100; average price per room $135 unoccupied room; between $4-5 square yard for installation of carpeting; price for unoccupied commercial area, glued down direct to floor $3.50-5.00 square yard depending upon job NOTES: ·We accept all major credit cards.
